우리 아이들과 수업시간에 주고 받는 교실언어에 대하여
1탄에서 제가 직접 수업시간에 학생들과 소통을 하는 형태의
교실 언어를 후기로 썼습니다.
2탄에서는 영어뮤지컬과 영어연극을 중심으로 저와 아이들이
현장에서 소통하는고 있는 교실언어 후기를 쓸까 해요.
참고로 2탄 영어뮤지컬 교실 영어는 교실영어 원감샘 출처 자료를 바탕으로
활용하였습니다.
인사와 소개하기에요.
1. Nice to meet you, class.만나서 반가워요, 여러분.
2. Welcome to my class. 내 수업에 들어온 것을 환영해요.
3. I'll be teaching you English this year. 올해 여러분에게 영어를 가르치게 될 거에요.
4. My name is Erica Baek. Please call me Ms. Baek.
님 이름은 Erica Baek이에요. Ms. Baek이라고 불러주세요.
5. When you want to ask someone's age, you can say, "How old are you?"
물어보고 싶을 때는 How old are you?라고 하면 돼요.

영어 이름과 교실규칙 정하기
1. Do you all have English names? 여러분 모두 영어이름이 있나요?
2. There’s a list of English names in this handout. 이 유인물에 영어이름 목록이 있어요.
3. Choose a name you like. 마음에 드는 이름을 하나 골라보세요.
4. If you want to use your Korean name, please do so.
한글 이름을 사용하고 싶으면 그렇게 하세요.
5. We have to decide on the seats now. 이제 우리가 자리를 정해야 해요.
6. How would you like to be seated? 어떻게 앉았으면 좋겠어요?
7. We need some rules for our classroom. 우리 학급에는 몇 가지 규칙이 필요해요.
8. Let’s read the classroom rules all together in a loud voice.
다 같이 큰 소리로 교실규칙을 읽어봅시다.
9. Please remember the rules and never break them. 규칙을 기억해서 절대 어기지 않도록 하세요.

알파벳과 파닉스
1. Let’s learn the consonants. 자음을 배워봅시다.
2. "C" has two different sounds: a soft c and a hard c.
"c"는 두 개의 다른 소리가 나요: Soft C와 hard C로요.
3. A soft "c" has an /s/ sound, and a hard "c" has a /k/ sound.
soft c는 /s/소리가 나고, hard c는 /k/ 소리가 나요.
4. Let's learn capital letters. 대문자를 배워봅시다.
5. This is a "C.” 이것은 C입니다.

TPR
1. We're going to do an activity called TPR. TPR이라고 불리는 활동을 할 거예요.
2. You have to use your body for this game. 이 게임에서는 여러분의 신체를 사용해야 합니다.
3. We're going to move around the classroom and have some fun.
교실을 돌아다니면서 즐길거에요.
4. I'll say something, and you have to do it. 내가 뭔가를 말하면, 여러분은 그것을 해야 합니다.

영어연극 뮤지컬
1. Let's have a rehearsal. 리허설을 해 볼게요.

3. Please wait behind the curtains. 커튼 뒤에서 기다려주세요.
4. Be careful not to forget your lines. 대사를 잊지 않게 주의하세요.

제한시간 안에 가능한 한 많이 맞혀야 해요.

4. There are six lines, which means it is a six-letter word.
이 단어는 여섯 개의 줄이 있으니까 여섯 글자로 된 단어라는 뜻이에요.

음악 및 율동

유치원부터 초등학생까지 아이들을 가르치고 있는데요
정말 잘 따라 합니다.
일상생활에 꼭 필요한 교실영어와 뮤지컬 영어는 사전에 미리 나누어 주고
습관을 들이게 하는 것이 학습의 흥미도 높고 수업의 호응도와 만족도가
아주 크답니다.
저는 영어뮤지컬 수업을 할 때는 아무리 복잡하고 긴 대화일지라도 반드시
영어로만 수업을 진행합니다.
대화/노래/안무는 기본이고 대화속의 발음/어조/성량과 표정/몸짓/시선까지
함께 학습하기 때문에 효과가 아주 높다고 생각해요^^
